- work permit and working visa applications for the expatriates
- expatriate relocation, house searching, school searching, air ticket booking, airport pick-up, hotel reservation, etc.
- expatriate social insurance, medical insurance and pension management.
- issuing hr operational documents (e.g. contracts of employment, employment related letters).
- work closely with hr bp to provide hr service to the displine.
- entering and maintaining the data in hr systems.
- providing support to benefits management processes.
- working closely with other hr members to ensure continuous and timely support to our employees.
- supporting the onboarding program for new employees.
- supporting ongoing hr projects and other activities.
qualifications
- excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- excellent english.
- strong knowledge of microsoft office applications (excel, word, powerpoint).
- attention to details and organizational skills.
- very good communication skills.
- ability to work in fast paced, constantly evolving, team environment.
- experience with hr databases will be an advantage.
