general office administration - including management and support on financial administration, human resources, and other internal administration issues
administrative liaison with external parties including clients, suppliers and vendors on tasks including arranging payment, seeking quotations etc.
managing diaries and travel arrangements including visa application, itinerary planning, hotel and ground transportation
support expatriate workers' needs including medical insurance, health check, visa letter, housing etc.
support pr teams' work with key clients where required
