-develop and validate weld process sheets and welding parameters for eachproduction welding station
- monitor welding consumables. identifyand implement cost saving opportunities
- develop, conduct and coordinate welder training classes forproduct, support technicians
- develop and administer preventative maintenance programconsistent with maintenance department
- ensure accurate documentation of all manual and roboticwelding parameters and weld audit reports. developand maintain a welding reference library
- additional responsibilities as required – this position issubject to change as the needs of the department change
- chronic issues trouble shooting related fixtures
- continuesto improve poka yoke and verification for new error proofing
- solvethe long-term and recurring problems of field tooling
- eliminatewaste from process by achieving std performance
- beable to adjust tooling size skillfully

-proven experience developing weld parameters, process sheets, training modulesand analysis of weld sections
-demonstrated welding proficiency
-english is proficient as working language
- ability to lead tooling improvement and design
