职位: 陈列经理
职责描述:
1、负责绘制店铺平面图/陈列图/ 3d视图(主要包括商店的出入口、主通道、各服务部门及各商品部门的位置及面积明细);
2、负责将所设计的商店详图在施工后完全实现,细化各部门的设备、设施要求,确定货架和各种商业设施的形式、数量和具体位置;
3、根据各部门要求及商店商业设备布置图,编制各种设备、设施的定货单,进行供货商的信息收集与筛选
4、根据采购计划与供货商进行包括价格、供货周期、质量保证及售后服务等方面的谈判等;
5、基于商店运营和产品陈列要不断推陈出新的要求,掌握市场新动向,寻找和开发新的商场设备和陈列设施,并能够找到适合的供应商生产该等新设施或设备;
6、作为项目经理在整个项目中起到推动作用,并负责预算和时间安排;
7、定期走访已开业的商店,了解各个设施和设备的使用情况和维护情况,确保已开业商店的设备设施处于良好的维护状况。
技能要求:
1、 在零售/工装/家具设计等行业有5-10年的工作经验;
2、 熟练掌握auto cad/ sketch-up / 3d studio max等软件的使用;
3、 有新店开业项目组织经验(零售/超市/商场/连锁店等等);
4、 拥有很强的组织协调能力(项目筹备/跟踪/横向管理等经验);
5、 能在英语工作环境下工作,较强的沟通协调能力,法语优秀者优先考虑;
position: vm manager
responsibility:
1、responsible for drawing sketch-up store plan / display plan / 3d view (including the entrance and exit of the store, the main passageway, the location of each commodity department and the details of the area;
2、in charge of merchandising (mostly micro merchandising- store map, customer flow/ section drawing and detail location product within the display);
3、select/improve/follow the realization of new store display/furniture/ construction (remodeling and new store opening);
4、select and follow furniture/equipment supplier (bidding/ comparison/ search/evaluation)
5、negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery cycle, quality assurance and after-sales service;
6、 act as a project manager across the organization to drive project meet budget and time schedule;
7、check and train on security and display/ store equipment use.
requirement:
1、5-10 years experience in retail / decoration/home/furniture design;
2、proficiency in cad/sketch-up/3d (store plan/ remodeling plan);
3、new store opening experience (retail/ supermarket/ shopping malls/ franchise shop/ ff or retail chain)
4、highly organization ability (project preparation/ follow up/ transversal management)
5、able to work in english environment, strong communication skills. good command of french is better;
