Responsibility 1、Lead, transform, and optimize overallinfrastructure portfolio by continuous alignment of support model, skillsets/capability,etc； 2、Track and manage regional infrastructure strategies and plans in alignment with organizational objectives； 3、Ensure operational readiness of the daily Infrastructure services to support end users； 4、Establish the standardization of infrastructure practicesincluding but not limited to collaboration, communication networks, servers, integration and provisioning of all other key infra platform services following global standards； 5、Manage infrastructure project pipeline, coordinate with Procurement team to manage the infra provider and identify the most cost effective options available； Requirements 1、Bachelor' s Degree in Computer Science or related field, at least 10 years of IT experience or equivalent experience； 2、Proficient in at least 2 technical workstream (Network, Servers/Storage, Workplace serviceCloud) Preferred: Project Management (PMP), Service Delivery Management, ITIL Foundation； 3、7-10 years infrastructure experience. 7 years of IT management experience. 5 years of Leading teams or experience building teams from scratch； 4、Demonstrated leadership. A proven track record of successfully leading multidisciplinary teams and maior initiatives； 5、Fluent in English a must.
