Primary responsibility:
Make sure on-time product delivery to avoid production stoppage at customer side while maintaining internal inventory on a rational level.

Scope of working:
1、Communicate close with logistics companies / forwarders to ensure prompt pick-up and delivery of shipment.
2、Generating and organizing of needed shipping and customs documents.
3、Organization of recalling turnover box and management of turnover box entry and exit.
4、Continuous monitoring and optimization of transport flows
5、Management of external transition warehouse and logistics vendor, provision of cost, inventory handling.
6、Control premium freights.
7、Identify and assess customers’/vendors’ (internal and external) needs to achieve satisfaction.
8、Managing of scheduling agreements.
9、On-time processing of customer orders incl. handling customers WEB-EDI or SCP.
10、Clarification of quantity and delivery time deviations with customers.
11、Creation/Initializing of credit and debit notes based on delivery issues.
12、Operational procurement of purchased parts including scheduling and monitoring of adherence to deadlines and quantities.

Required knowledge, skills and experience:
1、You have successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.
2、At least 3 years of comprehensive experience in industrial logistics area preferably in the automotive supply industry.
3、Awareness of importance of on-time delivery in automotive industry.
4、Skills to balance between on-time delivery to customers and inventory control
5、Ability to work independently and deal with common office applications and ideally have experience in dealing with SAP.
6、English: Fluent both in writing and verbally
