职位描述
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. 理解公司业务战略,制定公司人力资源政策和规划,完善相关管理制度和工作流程;
Understand business strategy to draft the company's overall human resources policies and planning, improve the related management system and workflow.
2. 建立公司薪酬体系并不断完善激励考核机制和绩效管理体系;
Establish company’s salary system and improve the incentive mechanism and performance evaluation management system.
3. 熟知胜任力模型,负责招聘、入离职手续办理、员工档案管理以及人力资源系统信息维护等工作;
Familiar with competency model and responsible for recruitment, employee on-board and off board matters, personnel file management and HR systems operation.
4. 为团队发展制定培训计划、组织培训项目,跟踪培训后的评估反馈、完善培训体系;
Prepare the training planning, organize training programs, track training evaluation feedback, and improve the training system for team development.
5. 制定相关行政制度并负责日常行政相关事务。积极协调营造清洁、安全、高效的工作环境;
Establish related administrative policy and in charge of administrative affairs. Coordinate actively for a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
6. 公司固定资产管理,支持日常可能的财务相关工作(报销,费用申请等);
Manage the company fixed assets and support finance related work including reimbursement, expense application etc.
7. 组织和筹备公司活动或会议(讲座、研讨会、培训等),如时间安排、会议议程准备、餐食/酒店预定;
Organize and prep for company activities (workshop, seminar, training etc.) as required, such as time arrangement, meeting agenda preparation, meal or hotel reservation.
8. 上级主管交办的其他事项。
Other tasks assigned by superior.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. 良好的书面和口头沟通能力,英语听说读写熟练;
Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese.
2. 积极的工作态度,渴望学习和成长,能在压力下完成任务;
A positive attitude with a desire to grow and learn, can complete the work under pressure.
3. 独立解决问题的能力,责任感强、工作细心,有良好的执行力和团队精神
Independent problem-solving abilities. A strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented, with strong executive ability and the team cooperation spirit.
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
1. 本科学历,人力资源专业优先;
Bachelor degree preferably with the major of Human Resources.
2. 五年以上制造企业人力资源相关工作经验;
Over five years’ relevant working experience in a manufacturing industry.
3. 熟悉人力资源法律法规。
Familiar with the human resources laws and regulations.
