Main Responsibilities: •project planning for new lines (focus EMB/Electromechanical Brakes: low cost manual assembly line, lean line design, incl. ergonomics, work analysis, data concept for the line, specification of the line design for the machine supplier) •International collaboration with the simultaneous engineering team in the regions (e.g. Europe/Germany, North America, China) •P-FMEA process, control plan, safe launch planning, Production process improvement (CIP) •Value stream planning •Setup and maintain workshop standards/MFE documentation archiving. •Participation in new equipment projects, staff
