职责描述： 1. 负责板块全盘核算账务，优化核算口径，确保会计准则的遵守并准确反映企业财务状 2. 编制合并财务报表、管理报表，包括板块公司及下属子公司 3. 完善信息披露相关制度规定，规范统一财务报表及合并报表模板及报表分析； 4. 负责对接集团年度审计，确定审计计划、沟通审计事项、跟踪把握审计进度； 5. 提供会计核算指导，不定期开展子公司财务工作检查，并支持协助子公司专项项目； 6. 与其他部门沟通协调，及时处理财务核算方面的问题和事务。 任职要求： 1. 本科及以上财务、会计或相关专业学历，具有5年以上财务核算管理相关工作经验，制造业上市公司集团总部工作经验，企业全盘核算账务处理经验，信息披露经验； 2. 熟悉IFRS，SAP为加分项，熟练运用Excel等办公软件进行数据分析；具备中级，ACCA，CPA证书等优先。四大会计师事务所经验优先。 3. 具备出色的沟通、协调能力，英语能作为工作语言，具备较强团队合作精神。 4. 接受海外出差。 Accounting Manager You are responsible for  Set up the suitable chart of account and accounting policies, which should be in line with local GAAP and tax regulation.  Supervise and manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.  Ensure company’s assets are in correct record and sufficient control;  Monitor month-end and year-end closing. ensure the accuracy of financial report  Implement and develop accounting/financial system.
