职位描述
Job responsibility:
· Drive process excellence in China Ops to achieve org. efficiency
· Identify, initiate and drive improvement for China Ops process optimization/integration to enhance operation efficiency
· Lead and support China Ops process implementation project to achieve the target
· Process management including continuously improve process capability and coordinate new process development
· Ensure the efficiency structure is fit for business requirements
· Design end to end business model for new business, propose business scenario, detail process and related IT tool solution to support business operation
· Clarify detail business requirements as the input of IT tools and cooperate with IT teams to achieve IT enablement
· Identify integration issue between various process and communicate change to the process and Governance structure
Candidate Profile/requirements:
· Education: Bachelor Degree – Master preferred
· Job Related Experience: More than 5 years working experience (10 years for senior role) in MNC, with rich process management and project management knowledge and experience, consulting company experience preferred
· With innovative and strategic thinking
· With rich business experience and high cross team collaboration and communication capability · Financial background will be preferred
· With hands-on capability as a key individual contributor
· With leadership when leading the project team
· Fluent English communication skill
