工作职责
* Implement sales/ marketing plan in low cities with guidance from direct
supr.;
* Cooperate with KA headquarter to improve KA no visiting branch performance
in low tier cities to gain market share
* Improve activities implementation /NPD listing in no visiting branches in
low tier cities.
* Achieve distribution, in store visibility , product knowledge improvement
in low tier city
* Analyze the effectiveness of active to maximize the ROI in the low tier
cities
* Support in store promotion activities, training stores staffs in low tier
cities.
* Explore other business opportunities in low tier cities, duplicate to other
cities to achieve sustainable growth
任职要求
* Education level: higher than college degree
* Being good at leading, oral and writing skill, communication and solving
problems
* Being integrity and positive
* Relevant working experience in OTC or FMCG in MNC of retailor industry OTC
* Area Customer Develop Executive: At least 1 year, typically in charge of
100 drugstore mgmt. 100
* Sr.Area Customer Develop Executive: At least 3 years in retails sales
