Responsibilities
● Interact with H.O. and Branch divisions on technical issues and requirement analysis
● Direct user application support to setup system application, technical issues solving
● Perform Level1 and 2 tech support fixes
● Application software monitoring and troubleshooting, localization and solving accidents and defects.
● Test environment deployment and maintenance, system setting performance
● Plan and deploy new system versions, patches, changes
● Run preliminary testing for new software packages
● Communicate with vender on tech issues, incidents, and changes
● Have common understanding for payment end to end system workflow.
● Have common understanding and knowledge on bank information security rules.
Requirements
● 3 years’ experience with Remote banking system/online banking system tech support. Experience with CSII is a plus
● English communication skills including written and oral
● Advanced experience with CFCA certificate installation, configuration, administration of Suse, Redhat, Tomcat, IBM MQ, Oracle/Postgre, kafka
● Linux administration experience is a plus
● Troubleshooting and analytical skills
