•Autonomous and competent handling of customer escalations
Job specific:
•Focus on SO semiconductor customers on the Chinese market
•Close cooperation with Chinese and German quality team
•Technical quality interface between Reutlingen and Chinese customers
职位要求:
Education:
Bachelor in Electronic or Mechanic Engineering
Working Experience: > 5 years working experience in semiconductor industry
Knowledge/Skills:
- International standards of electronic component qualification
- Semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Quality management standard
