Major Responsibilities:
80 Integrate activities within buying organization to ensure consistent and appropriate mutual support
80 For ranges of commodities respond quickly to any quality assurance issues, be aware of deteriorating or persistent problems, and act decisively to resolve it at a timely manner.
80 Implement and support the change management process regarding supplier components, including PPAP approval, Run@Rate audit.
80 Develop and implement plans to achieve targeted objectives for TFS suppliers and or bad performance suppliers.
80 Improve quality performance of suppliers by conducting audit, workshops and/or training at supplier locations, providing technical assistance in developing quality systems, and other manufacturing technical support as required.
80 Function globally with various staffs and suppliers to coordinate/implement effective and timely resolution to quality issues.
80 Interprets, implements, and administers Nexteer SQ practices, policies
