Responsibilities:
• Communicate with hiring and department managers to understand and address resourcing needs as well as organizational capability requirements.
• Manage all recruitment, selection and acquisition activities for all positions up to and including management roles, fill up vacancies in a timely manner.
• Develop recruitment channels and manage performance
• Control recruitment budget and track recruitment expenses
• Identify the long-term pipeline candidate source strategy specific for business future competency needs
• Design and implement required development programs to improve the performance and efficiency of employees.
• HR BP role for people process of North Asia supporting function
• Accountable for adaptation of day to day people agenda to support business needs
• Implement recruitment, talent management, succession planning and performance management processes, headcount and people cost, training and development, employee engagement follow up and action planning, HR controlling and reporting in own business
• Follow Huhtamaki HR policy, guidelines, legal requirements and other processes and practices
• Collect and analysis data from local sites to prepare NA monthly report for management team
• Support people leaders on managing day to day people issues
• Participate in various HR related projects and initiatives.
• Assume other duties assigned by direct supervisor.
Requirements:
• University degree, Human Resources qualification preferred.
• 5 years’ experience on recruitment function.
• Good knowledge of external employment and development trends, talent markets and competitors. Talent development experience is preferred.
• Good team player with strong analytical ability and sense of confidentiality.
• Excellent communications, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Good PC knowledge (MS Office).
