Account Management: (50%)
Key team member in the Customer Success team, serving strategic key accounts
Assist Customer Director to craft account strategy, business planning and business analysis
Prepare and attend regular meetings with the client to discuss ongoing projects, performance, and future opportunities
Stay up-to-date with digital trends and technologies, and develop a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Project delivery coordination: (30%)
Manage the weekly project updates and generate reports to senior stakeholders
Coordinate with the delivery teams and provide constant support, and flag issues that require attention or intervention from managing team.
Conduct internal investigation with any issues that arise, acting as a liaison between the Customer Success team and the internal team to ensure effective communication and resolution.
