职位描述
1. 负责摇窗电机的设计和开发应用工作，并且能独立进行无刷电机的设计；
Responsible for windows regulator design and application，and responsible for BLDC motor individual.
2. 分析客户TR/RFQ并制定技术方案，输出BOM、DVP、符合性矩阵以及风险评估，支持项目报价；
Analyze customer TR/RFQ and develop technical proposal, output BOM, DVP, Compliance matrix and risk
analysis, support project quotation.
3. 根据项目进度要求输出APQP相关文件，如：FMEA/DRBFM、3D/2D、SPPC等；
Output APQP related DOCUMENTS:FMEA/DRBFM, 3d/2d, SPPC and so on .
4. 样件评审和认可（包含零部件认可）；
Prototype OTS,IS Sample Review and approval (including component approval).Prototype, OTS,IS
5. 分析和解决产品全生命周期中出现的各种问题，如：DV/PV失效，WR失效；
Analyze and solve all kinds of problems in product lifecycle: DV/PV failure, WR failure.
6. 持续改进和优化现有产品，如：VAVE、国产化及标准化等；
Continuous product improvement and optimization , such as: VAVE, localization and standardization.
7. 熟悉电机设计理论知识，了解电磁设计基本方法和理论；
Familiar with motor theory, have knowledge about motor magnetic simulation and theory
8. 熟悉齿轮等传动机构的理论和设计方法；
Familiar with gear
