61 Leading or supporting identification of research directions in ultrasound imaging area that potentially have high impact on the Philips Healthcare business, based on thorough understanding of unmet needs and up-to-date technological development.
61 Leading or supporting in developing innovative medical imaging solutions with a focus on ultrasound device and solutions according to time, cost, and quality requirement, and achieve good balance for the developed solutions.
61 Leading or supporting in data curation, algorithm design, and clinical study that are needed for developing these solutions.
61 Contributing to establishing and strengthening the group know-how and competency on medical imaging, image analysis and applications, in particular those relevant to the Philips business, and providing technical leadership.
61 Smooth and efficient execution of research projects, and taking efforts in translating research outcome into business opportunities.
61 Actively seeking for open innovation opportunities with universities, institutes and other external knowledge centers, to ensure the success of innovation projects.
61 Managing well the research outcome in the form of IP, internal technical reports and quality publications, where applicable.
61 Working along with peer colleagues across projects, groups and labs, remain open in sharing insights and make sure communication goes well and timely.
