Job Purpose
Responsible for product structure design on height adjustment table (Abbreviation: HAT) and working with cross function teams to improve HAT quality performance.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Design and develop launched HAT products through various activities, including selection of materials, fitting and function, design failure mode effect analysis, design reliability testing and prepare appropriate engineering documentation to support ordering, manufacturing, and shipment of designed products.
2. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineer to determine the best product design and evaluate alternate manufacturing procedures to determine which option best optimizes process cost.
3. Working together with cross functions to keep continuous quality improvement on existing products.
4. Timely work out solutions to resolve quality complaints from customers.

Job Requirements and Qualifications
61 Familiar with HAT product development knowledge and process, 5 years’ HAT product development knowledge and process.
61 Have good knowledge on key components of HAT, like stroke.
61 Good skills in AutoCAD.
61 Written English requested.
